Sunday School starts at 10am
Summer Hill Baptist Church provides activities for all ages, from toddler to adults. Each class is led by knowledgeable teachers who provide Bible lessons that will challenge and uplift you. Our Sunday School programs are also a great opportunity to meet and fellowship with fellow believers. For more information about our Sunday School Programs, contact Dale Frye or the Pastor at 910-947-5160.
Sunday Morning Worship Service starts at 11am
Summer Hill Baptist Church provides a traditional service, using a conservative style of music which exalts the Lord,. We provide solid Bible preaching that preaches the Bible as true and inerrant Word of God, which should be used to guide the believer into a closer relationship with God. We have something for all ages during the morning services. There is a nursery for children under 3 years and Tiny Tots Church for children ages 3-preschool.
Children's Church
Noah's Park Adventure is an exciting Children's Church opportunity for children ages K - 4th grade. Each week during the 11am worship service, the children are given Bible truths through puppets, stories, singing, and crafts.
Sunday Evening Service starts at 6pm
On Sunday evenings, again solid Bible preaching is used to uplift the Child of God and to bring a greater understanding of God’s word.
Sunday Teen Services are 6-7:30pm
First and foremost, we focus on teaching teens the Word of God so that they will grow spiritually, as well as equipping them to be a witness to the world around them. For those that do not know Jesus as Lord and Savior, our goal is to help them to come to know Him. We have fun and enjoyable Bible lessons and there is also a time for games and socializing. Visit the Teens page.
Awana Meetings are 6-7:30pm
Awana is for children from age 3 yrs through 6th grade. In each weekly club meeting there are three segments: Game time (we have fun!); handbook time, where we work in small groups to memorize Bible verses; and council/story time, where we learn about God, Jesus, and the Bible. Learn more about our Awana Program.
Wednesday Night Bible Study and Prayer Service
On Wednesday evenings, at 7pm, we come together to lift up in prayer those in need through out our community, church and nation. We also study God’s Word with an emphasis on Christian spiritual growth, as well as the perfecting of our Walk with Christ.
